Attorney at law

The Reeves Law Firm focuses its practice primarily on Plaintiff’s Litigation and Shareholder and Securities Litigation matters. Jeffrey Reeves, the firm’s founder and managing member, graduated from Morehouse College and theUniversity of Georgia School of Law. Since its founding in 2014, The Reeves Law Firm has been involved in a multitude of cases resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in recovery for clients. Mr. Reeves continues to be a driven and talented attorney, who places great importance on client relationships. The Reeves Law Firm is a certified minority business enterprise with 100% of staff being comprised of minorities and women.

Our firm provides portfolio monitoring services, at no cost, to institutional investors, labor unions, and pension funds. Currently, the firm monitors approximately $10 Billion in shareholder assets.

Historically, minority law firms (MBE Certified), led by Black attorneys, have been severely underrepresented in this area of the law. Our goal is to change that, but quite frankly we cannot do it alone. Securities litigation and derivative actions are extremely labor intensive and expensive for the law firms. For that reason, we have partnered with Grant & Eisenhofer a world-renowned Securities Litigation law firm with decades of experience in Corporate Governance law. We believe that we have assembled the best team in the country to provide portfolio monitoring and securities litigation services. Within 18 months of the city of Atlanta retaining us, we were named lead Plaintiffs in a securities litigation matter on behalf of shareholders of Celsius Holdings and recovered $7.9 million. Jeff is married to the Honorable Tamika Montgomery-Reeves and they have two children.
